Hi,
Im new to this site, but have been directed here.My Dad (RIP) flew in Bomber Command WW2, from Kirmington. He was a W/Op , Pilot was F/O Arthur Saunders.
He was with 166 Squadron , but an Australian.
Are there any Associations for 166 Squadron?
Thanks Jane

Hi Jane and welcome,

The Royal Air Forces Register of Associations website has a comprehensive list of Associations including a listing for 166 Squadron. Visit the site, click on the Flag and look for "Squadrons". You can always find the site via the "Links" on our Aircrew Association website

The details (23 December 2007) are repeated here but always worth a double check:
166 Squadron Association. Contact: J W Wright, C.Eng, AMIME, MIE, 4 Parkway East, Kirby Park, Merseyside, L32 2BY: tel 0151 547 3391

Good luck with your search.
