I'm seeking information about my father John (usually called Jack)William Mullen and anyone who served with him on this squadron. He was a rear gunner on the Wellington bomber and we know he was in two Italian POW camps. He also parachuted into the Libyan desert and was picked up by the Bedouin. Unfortunately we do not have his log book as he informed my brother that he was told to give it in at the end of the war though we now know that he was told incorrectly. He has five grand children who are very anxious to pass on his war time exploits to their children. If any one can help I would be very grateful.

Hello Caygirl,

Your father appears to have been a member of the Aircrew Association, and I may be able to help with some basic information to get you started. Please read the message from me in "My Stuff".
