Reg Everson, who was a pilot with 305 (Polish) and 107 Sqns, 2 TAF, laid a wreath on behalf of the ACA Surrey Branch at this year's service, which he provided in memory of his late wife who always attended the service with him.
We were pleased to have in our party Mrs Joan Norris, widow of our late Chairman Len Norris who for many years laid a wreath at this service.
We hope for a maximum effort in 2007, which is possibly to be the last of these occasions, held at the beautiful and moving Air Forces Memorial at Cooper's Hill, overlooking Runnymede.
